Oh happy day!

A fact of note, some seriously scary shit, and Sailing Anarchy makes a couple of good points...

This weekend I've been rebuilding the bookshelves in the forepeak and came across a John D MacDonald book that I have never actually read. Somehow or other I'd managed to completely miss "The Turquoise Lament" in my various readings and rereadings of the Travis McGee series.

Getting to read a new to me John D MacDonald book is like a birthday and Christmas all rolled up into a big ball of wonderfulness.

Even made me forget the whole tRump/end of civilization as we know it thing for a little bit.
